<p>DCS has informed us that they require that if you are scanning records, in addition to the requirements posted on their website <a href="http://www.dcsrac.com/">www.dcsrac.com</a>, individual DVDs should be submitted for each issue topic.</p>
<p>Therefore only debridements go on on one DVD, CVAs on another, and so on.</p>
<p>Also labeling the DVD with permanent marker will suffice.</p>
