DCS has informed us that they require that if you are scanning records, in addition to the requirements posted on their website www.dcsrac.com, individual DVDs should be submitted for each issue topic.
Therefore only debridements go on on one DVD, CVAs on another, and so on.
Also labeling the DVD with permanent marker will suffice.
